Anything already decided helps: the venue or stage, the set length, the audience, and whether travel and accommodation are covered. Everything after that, the offer, the advance, the rider, the travel, the itinerary and the settlement, is handled by 4REACT rather than by the artist.
Management, release and distribution, music marketing, paid media, campaign management, creative direction and content production each have their own few questions on the form, so pick the closest one and the rest of the form follows. If none of them fits, say so and write in plain words. Every inquiry is read by the people who would do the work, not by an inbox.
There is no price list, because a fee depends on the artist, the date, the city, the format and the production around it. Send the date, the city and the format through the form and you will get availability and concrete terms back, usually within one working day. Naming your budget speeds this up: you get a straight yes, no, or counter instead of a round trip.

Yes. 4REACT is based in Berlin and books its artists worldwide; travel, visas where needed, and routing are handled as part of the booking. For a show outside Germany, name the country early - it decides the travel budget and, in some cases, the paperwork lead time.
